Rebecca is Special Projects Coordinator with the Department of Planning & Development and Planning Manager of the Chautauqua County Partnership for Economic Growth under the umbrella of the Chautauqua Region Economic Development Corporation (CREDC).
In her capacity as Special Projects Coordinator, Rebecca assists in the management of several planning projects and initiatives; manages several County contracts with a variety of community organizations; manages many planning services; administers the Occupancy Tax for Tourism Development program; composes grants to assist local municipalities, private businesses, and community organizations in developing and implementing planning related projects; and coordinates the Department’s capital projects.
Rebecca holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design, a minor in Geography, and a Masters of Urban Planning degree with a specialization in Environmental and Land Use Planning, both from the University at Buffalo. She previously served as the Director of Planning and Development for the City of Dunkirk and as a Junior Planner for Laberge Group, an engineering and planning consulting firm.
