Planning Across Borders

Sustainability challenges intensify when regions cross national boundaries. This joint session from APA’s Sustainability and International Divisions compares three cross-border regions—San Diego–Tijuana, Lake Huron, and Belgium–Netherlands—highlighting how they navigate differing policies, governance, and resources to achieve sustainable outcomes.
