SEQR Handbook/SEQR and Local Government
The SEQR Handbook, produced by The NYS Department of Environmental Conservation, provides a practical reference guide to the procedures prescribed by the State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR). The Legal Framework for Providing Local Government Services
